I often feel a bit sad when I know how to alleviate people’s suffering, but they’re not in a space to hear about it.

Of course, I understand that everyone has their own journey and pace, and I honor where they are.

I also recognize that if you’re focused on personal growth, you’re likely to be willing to investigate what’s in the way your well-being.

But here’s a question for you: How far would you go for inner peace?

What if the path to inner peace is extremely uncomfortable, would you be willing to work through that discomfort?

Are you aware of what’s between you and inner peace?

In this video, I shared the story of a woman who, despite being deeply disturbed by a recent incident, chose to avoid working on deactivating the triggers because it felt embarrassing.

Of course I don’t judge her, but I hope she finds a way to help herself.

Now, I’m taking this opportunity to ask myself and you, dear friend, if there are any areas in your life where you might be missing out on achieving inner peace because of discomfort.
There are many different paths to inner peace, and I hope you find yours.

As you know, sharing our stories can inspire others, so please share yours with us below.

I wish you peace and a tranquil mind.
